  • may proceed without further reference to native title (Module AB)
  • are within an Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) (Module AC)
  • are within a native title determination (Module AD).

  • complete the assessment if modules AB - AD apply
  • refer your assessment to the native title policy team
  • move on to the next module if modules AB – AD don’t apply to your proposed dealing.
