Module BB - Rely on extinguishing effect

The previous module (module BA) determined whether a previous exclusive possession act (PEPA) affects your proposed dealing area.

This module will help you determine whether you can rely on the extinguishing effect of a previous exclusive possession act (PEPA).

Once you've used module BA to assess your proposed dealing, you must then continue onto this module.
