Module CA - Public works

This module will help you determine whether native title may be extinguished due to public works on the site of your proposed dealing.

Public works are established or constructed by the government, and include:

  • buildings and other structures
  • roads, railways and bridges
  • wells or bores for water
  • major earthworks.

Even if the public works no longer exist on the site, native title is still extinguished.
