Module H - Surface and subterranean water

This module will help you determine whether you can start activities that impact:

  • surface water (for example, rivers, sea, ocean, lakes, streams or creeks)
  • subterranean water (for example, bore water or artesian water)
  • living aquatic resources (for example, fish, marine mammals, shellfish, coral or aquatic plants)
  • airspace.

Activities that fall within this section include:

  • making, amending or repealing legislation
  • granting a new permit, lease, licence or authority.
