Module J - Reservations and leases

Historically, land and waters have been reserved, dedicated, declared, set aside, gazetted or vested for a range of purposes. These lands and waters are known as reservations. Reservations were created:

  • on or before 23 December 1996
  • for a particular purpose.

This module will help you determine whether your proposed dealing will align with the purpose of the reservation.
