The Future Leaders Graduate Program is the Queensland Government’s flagship graduate program, designed to develop the next generation of leaders who will shape the future of our state.
Future Leaders is more than just a job—it’s your launchpad for a meaningful and impactful career in the Queensland Government. Over two years, you’ll embark on a journey of discovery, purpose, and growth, with diverse, purpose-driven roles and sector-wide rotations across Queensland Government.
Unlike traditional graduate programs, with Future Leaders, you have the flexibility to discover where you’d like to take your career by exploring multi-disciplinary career pathways and preferencing rotations aligned to your skills, interests, and career aspirations.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for graduates with a genuine desire to make a difference to Queensland.
The Future Leaders Graduate program is open to graduates from all degrees and disciplines, including law, commerce, social sciences, data analytics, business, arts and more.
