Disclosable matter

Blue card holders and applicants are required under the Act to disclose information about:

• whether they have been listed as the respondent on a
  • domestic violence order
  • police protection notice
  • police protection direction

and

• whether they have had any
  • adverse working with children check in any other state or territory
  • substantiated finding of harm against a child—by Child Safety or the equivalent in another state or territory
  • disciplinary action
  • any other matter that would pose a risk to the safety of children.
