About Digital ID
Your digital identity is your secure key into the Service portal. There are no additional usernames or passwords to remember.
About the Service portal
We're working on improving how the Queensland Government provides services online. This means we're always adding more services and introducing new features to the Service portal.
You can currently:
- pre-fill forms with your saved details
- securely prove who you are without sharing copies of your identity documents
- save drafts and resume later
- view your submissions
- receive notifications.
