Cleveland Customer Service Centre will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 to Monday 29 December 2025, reopening from Tuesday 30 December 2025. Also closing on Thursday 1 January 2026. Alternatively, there are a range of online services available.
Changes to heavy vehicle driving tests due to ongoing road and construction works:
While there are changing road conditions around our Cleveland centre, to ensure applicants and driving examiners are provided a safe and effective test environment:
heavy vehicle driving tests will not be conducted at this centre until further notice. The nearest alternative location for heavy vehicle driving tests is Wynnum Customer Service Centre.
Existing booked appointments are not affected by this change, at this stage.

Appointments are available for some services at this centre. You can book an appointment online or in-person. To change or cancel an existing appointment, use the link sent in the booking confirmation email. Appointments are required for all pre-registration inspections of trailers (under 4.5 tonne ATM).
