Logan Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre
Logan Customer Service Centre will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 to Monday 29 December 2025, reopening from Tuesday 30 December 2025. Also closing on Thursday 1 January 2026. Alternatively, there are a range of online services available.

- pre-registration inspections for all trailers (including caravans) and heavy vehicles (over 4.5 tonne GVM, in fine weather and by appointment only)
- practical driver testing for all licence classes (not including motorcycles). Light vehicle driving tests are also available on Saturdays

Appointments are available for some services at this centre. You can book an appointment online or in-person. You can also use the link sent in the booking confirmation email to change or cancel an existing appointment.
Appointments are required for all pre-registration inspections of trailers (including caravans) and heavy vehicles (over 4.5 tonne GVM) at this location.
Arrive before 3.30pm to complete a written test.
