Rockhampton Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre
Rockhampton Customer Service Centre has relocated to a temporary site at the same address while the main building is refurbished. The temporary centre is located behind the main building and is accessed by the rear carpark. While all normal services are available from the temporary centre, we encourage you to use our online services to complete your transaction if you can, and save yourself a trip.
Rockhampton Customer Service Centre will be closed from Thursday 25 December 2025 to Monday 29 December 2025, reopening Tuesday 30 December 2025. Also closing Thursday 1 January 2026. Alternatively, there are a range of online services available.

Appointments are required for all dealer services and pre-registration inspections of trailers and caravans (over 1 axle or 750kg ATM) and vehicles (over 4.5 tonne GVM) at this location. You can book an appointment online or in-person. You can also use the link provided in the booking confirmation email to change or cancel an existing appointment.
