Rockhampton Customer Service Centre has reopened

The Rockhampton Customer Service Centre has reopened at 31 Knight Street, Rockhampton, in our refurbished main building. All services are available as normal. Thank you for your cooperation during our transition.

  • pre-registration inspections for trailers, caravans (by appointment)
  • pre-registration inspections for heavy vehicles (by appointment) over 4.5 tonnes gross vehicle mass
  • pre-registration inspections for light vehicles
  • practical driver testing for all licence classes (not including motorcycles)
  • Queensland Digital Identity

Services not offered at this location

Appointments are required for all dealer services and pre-registration inspections of trailers and caravans (over 1 axle or 750kg ATM) and vehicles (over 4.5 tonne GVM) at this location. You can book an appointment online or in-person. You can also use the link provided in the booking confirmation email to change or cancel an existing appointment.
