Apprenticeships Info

We are part of the Department of Trade, Employment and Training, who oversee the apprenticeship and traineeship system in Queensland.

For apprentices and trainees, we:

• provide information, support and advice about your apprenticeship or traineeship, including
  • your rights and obligations
  • tips and other help to resolve issues
  • support options and referral services
• can help you meet your training contract responsibilities
• support apprentices and trainees with disabilities
• manage and update your training contract
• manage travel and accommodation allowances
• issue completion certificates when you complete your training.
