Fee waivers for dependant students of temporary visa holders

The Department of Education International (DEi) on behalf of the Department of Education determines the enrolment fees charged for a dependant child of a temporary visa holder in a Queensland state school.

Temporary visa holders may be eligible for a fee waiver if they are experiencing significant financial hardship and in accordance with the Temporary Residents Admissions Policy. Fees can generally only be waived for up to one school year at a time.
