Enter search term and select Search button, you will then be able to filter your results by place type.
A search for 'Clare' will include results for 'Clare', and 'Claremont Rock', and 'Lake Clarendon'.
A search for 'Moon' will include results for 'Moons Hill', 'Moonjaree', 'Goongoomoonee' and 'Killymoon'.
Enter 'mt' as 'mount' (e.g. 'Mount Barney').
Enter 'pt' as 'point' (e.g. 'Point Lookout').
Enter 'saint' as 'st' (e.g. 'St George') or as 'saint' (e.g. 'Saint Smith Range').
1000 results is the maximum search result. Please consider revising or filtering your search if 1000 results are returned.
Filters
"Select place type" in the filter box and select Update button. Select another place type from the filter box to add additional place types. Select Update button to add the type to your search results.
To see all place types enter * in the "Enter search term" box and select Search. Filters may then be used to see all names of the selected place type(s).

When there are multiple instances of a place in a small area this icon will appear. Zooming in will reveal these clustered results. Clicking on the icon will zoom in to that area.
