Receive your valuation by email
Did you know you can now receive your valuation by email? You can also update your contact details if you’ve recently moved house, or changed email address. You'll just need your property ID, which you can find using the search tool below.
You can search for your property’s land valuation using your address or the property ID number from your land valuation notice. If you have not received a valuation notice, it could be because we did not value your property this year or your mailing address or email address have changed.
Even if your property was not valued this year, you can still search for its most recent valuation below.

Make sure you’ve spelled the street name correctly, and are using the full name (eg Smith Street instead of Smith St).
If you’ve searched for a unit or duplex, we don’t value those separately. One valuation for the land will be issued to your body corporate.
