Module CB - State roads

This module will help you determine whether native title is extinguished by the declaration or dedication of a road.

Declaring or dedicating a road refers to the way a road is established (the process of opening a particular area of land to the public for use as a road).

This module does not consider whether the road is constructed, which is covered by module CA.
