You can report suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of a person who lacks capacity to make decisions by contacting the Office of the Public Guardian.
If you suspect an adult with impaired decision-making capacity is being abused, neglected or exploited you can make a report to the Office of the Public Guardian.
