Body corporate dispute resolution payments

You can pay online by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for dispute resolution services that we provide under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 and the Building Units and Group Title Act 1980.

Find out how much you will need to pay for your application type.
To inspect or get copies of an application, submission or reply to submissions, you must have already submitted your request in writing to the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management and been advised of the cost.
Know your community titles scheme name. You can get this from your body corporate or Titles Queensland by phoning (07) 3497 3479 or 13 QGOV (13 74 68).

It is your responsibility to make sure that the information you supply on this form is correct and up to date.

What is the dispute application file reference number? If you do not have a file reference number leave this field blank and proceed to payment. If a dispute resolution application has been lodged, the file reference number will be on any emails or letters that we have sent you. Your file reference number will be 8 digits, for example 0123-2014.
