Conditional licences for the property industry

We may issue your licence with conditions. The conditions may prohibit or limit some of your activities as a property agent.

We can add, remove or change conditions on a licence if:

• you request it
• a tribunal orders it after a disciplinary hearing
• we order it.

If you think we should remove or change a condition, you need to:

• put the request in writing giving reasons for why the condition should be removed
• pay an application fee for a licence or for a registration certificate.
