JP and Cdec handbook updates
On 22 July 2024, the Justices of the Peace Branch released the Duties of Justices of the Peace (Qualified) and Commissioner for Declarations handbook.
The combined JP and Cdec handbook replaces the previous individual handbooks:
- Duties of Justices of the Peace (Qualified)
- Duties of Commissioners for Declarations.

Section 1—Introduction
Summary
