List your contact details on the after-hours register

If you are a Queensland Justice of the Peace (JP) or Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec), you can use this form to list your contact details on the after-hours JP search so the public can find you.

By submitting this form, you will be giving us permission to add your full name, suburb and phone number to our online register, which is searchable by the public. You will need to be willing to be called on to serve the community between 7am to 7pm (AEST).

To maintain your privacy, we will not publish your street address. A member of the public will need to call you if they are after your services—at which time you can choose to give them your address.

We will also use the information you provide to update your contact details on the JP and Cdec register.

To complete this form you will need your JP or Cdec registration number (if you have one).
