Victim information – mental health matters

We support victims of crime committed by a person with a mental illness or an intellectual disability, as set out by the Mental Health Act 2016.

Under the Act, we can help you access specific information about a patient on a forensic order or a treatment support order.

We can also support you to write a victim impact statement about how the crime has affected you for the Mental Health Court and the Mental Health Review Tribunal.
