Motorised mobility device automatic registration renewal

As there are no renewal fees, your motorised mobility device (motorised wheelchair or mobility scooter) is automatically renewed in the Queensland vehicle register.

Each year when your device registration is automatically renewed you will receive a motorised mobility device use information sheet (S5164). This information will explain the use of a device, including the Queensland Road Rules relating to a device, and will be sent with a registration certificate:

  • by email if individual registered operator is signed up to receive notices by email
  • by mail if registered operator are a non-A.C.N. organisation.

Any registered operators can get their registration certificate online and download the motorised mobility device use information sheet (S5164).

Get it by email

You can now get your registration renewal or registration certificate by email.

Log into your Transport and Main Roads account and sign up for email.

You can also set yourself an email reminder to pay before the due date.
