Surf life saving
Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) is the state's beach safety and rescue authority.
In addition to surf lifesaving and lifeguard roles, SLSQ also provide:
- Westpac Lifesaver Helicopter Rescue services
- marine search and rescue support
- beach and water safety
- SLSQ community education programs.
