Housing Assist Qld app
The Housing Assist Qld app makes it easy to access and manage a range of services online.
If you have a bond loan you can use the app to:
- track the status of your application
- check the balance of your loan
- download a payment barcode to make repayments
- update your contact details
- apply for a bond loan or rental grant.
If you have applied for social housing, you can use the app to update your contact details.
The app also provides access to:
- emergency contacts (e.g. DVConnect, housing help after a disaster)
- information about renting
- relevant housing services using our housing services finder
If you are a public housing tenant, you can download the Tenant Assist Qld app to help manage your tenancy.
