What you should know
All bookings are subject to availability.
The Banco Court in Brisbane and other courtrooms are primarily for courts service delivery. Bookings may be cancelled in the event the courtroom is required to deliver court services. An alternative courtroom will be offered, if available, or a refund will be provided.
Technology support can only be offered during business hours.
If you have any technology support needs for your booking, where you require basic training on use or assistance in setting up, this must be completed during business hours.

How to request to book a courtroom
Follow these steps to book a courtroom.
Step 1: Choose a courtroom or court facilities
See the courthouses directory on the Queensland Courts website.
Step 2: Complete the form
Complete the application form.
Step 3: Receive an outcome
You will receive a confirmation email your request has been received. You will then be contacted to confirm availability and provided with a quote.
Step 4: Pay the fee
See the courtrooms and court facility fee schedule.
How long it takes
Processing time begins when a complete application is received.
Standard applications: up to 3 business days
Urgent applications: not available
