ActiveKIT supports innovative solutions within the active industry to increase physical activity opportunities for Queenslanders.

Active Clubs

Funding for either equipment or training to local and regional sport and active recreation organisations delivering physical activity throughout Queensland.

Sport and Recreation Disaster Recovery Program (SRDRP)

The Sport and Recreation Disaster Recovery Program supports not-for-profit sport and active recreation organisations with funding to re-establish their facilities after extreme natural events, specifically floods, cyclones, and severe storm events.

Emerging Athlete Pathways

Emerging Athlete Pathways aims to foster the development of young athletes and support elite athlete pathways by providing financial assistance to help alleviate the costs associated with attending championship events.

First Nations Sport and Recreation Program Round 3

Program aims to support the delivery of sport and active recreation activities in non-discrete Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Games On! Grassroots Infrastructure Program

The $30 million Games On! Grassroots Infrastructure Program is helping local Queensland organisations upgrade sporting facilities, get more people active, and build a lasting community legacy ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, through the Field of Play program for community-level projects and the Partnership Fund for larger, multi-use developments.

Funding to enhance community sport and active recreation by making accessible, safe, and inclusive spaces.

Play On! Sports Vouchers

Apply for a $200 Play On! Sports Voucher to use towards your child’s sporting activity with a registered activity provider.

Sport and Recreation Recovery Grant

Funding for eligible organisations in areas that are declared under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).

SwimStart provides $150 vouchers for eligible zero to 4 year olds to participate in registered learn to swim programs.
