Certificates lost in the post

For certificates sent by registered or express post, check the delivery status using Australia Post’s tracking service.

If the tracking status says that the certificate has been delivered but you haven’t received it, contact Australia Post.

You will need to order and pay for a new certificate if Australia Post confirms it’s lost or wasn’t delivered.
