You can't use this form

We can only withdraw an application to register your civil partnership that has been lodged in the last 10 days.

You will need to apply to end a civil partnership.

You are not eligible

This application can only be lodged by one or both proposed civil partners who have applied to register their civil partnership. The withdrawal of the application must be received by our office within the 10-day cooling-off period.

You need to prove your identity

We can't withdraw your application to register a civil partnership until you can prove your identity. You can contact us if you need more information about this.
