You can pay your SPER debt in full online. This is the quickest way to stop or prevent enforcement action.

You can also pay a SPER debt by payment plan.

Who can use this service

You can pay a SPER debt if:

  • you received a SPER enforcement order.
  • you are another person authorised to act on behalf of the order holder.

Don't use this service if:

  • you have received an overdue notice from the agency who issued the original fine
    Instead, pay your notice with the issuing agency.

How to pay a SPER debt

Choose how to pay and follow the steps.

Step 1: Gather your documents

Gather your SPER enforcement order and your client number or party ID. This number is on the enforcement order.

Step 2: Log into SPER Online

Log into SPER online

You'll be taken to another website.

Step 3: Pay the debt

Pay by debit or credit card:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa.

Step 4: Receive the outcome

You will get confirmation payment has been received.

Step 1: Gather your documents

Gather your SPER enforcement order and your client number or party ID. This number is on the enforcement order.

Step 2: Visit an office or courthouse

You can visit one of the following:

Pay in full by one of the following options:

  • cash
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • money order
  • cheque.

You cannot set up a payment plan in person.

Step 4: Receive the outcome

You will get confirmation payment has been received.

How long it takes

Processing time begins when a payment is made or a payment plan is set up.

An enforcement action stops once payment is received.
