Office of the Queensland Ombudsman

The Office of the Ombudsman independently reviews the actions of Queensland Government agencies, local government decisions and some universities. It is impartial and seeks fair outcomes in disputes between citizens and government agencies. You can contact them :

Office of the Independent Assessor

The Office of the Independent Assessor is an independent statutory authority that assesses all complaints about councillor conduct in Queensland.

It can investigate and prosecute disciplinary matters before the Councillor Conduct Tribunal. You can contact them:

Crime and Corruption Commission

The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) combats and reduces the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector, including police. It investigates major crime such as drug trafficking, fraud, money laundering, paedophilia and homicide. To report corrupt conduct or police misconduct, contact the CCC:
