Blue cards for organisations delivering HSQF services

The Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF) is a system for assessing and improving the quality of human services.

Organisations delivering services in-scope of the HSQF may require a blue card.

These resources are for services in-scope of the HSQF:

  • Neighbourhood community centres
  • Executive officers and board or committee member blue card requirements
  • Shelters for adult women and men.
