End your registration

Cancelling

We can cancel your registration if a Court convicts you of a serious offence.

We will send you written notice. You must:

  • immediately stop trading
  • return your certificate to us within 14 days.

Suspending

We can suspend your registration if:

  • you breach any relevant legislation
    and
  • inbound tourists suffer because of these actions.

We will send you notice of your suspension. You must return your certificate to us within 14 days.

Surrendering

You can choose to surrender your certificate. You can do this by:

  • writing to us
    and
  • returning the certificate to us within 14 days.
