Update your details

If your details change, you must update your registration. You must report any changes to us within 30 days.

Your address

You will need to tell us if you change an address. This might be:

  • your personal residence
  • your postal address
  • any place of business.

A fee applies to replace your certificate when changing a place of business.

  • changing your principal place of business
  • opening, closing or moving any other place of business.

Your name

You must notify us in writing if you change your:

  • name
  • corporation name.

Please include your former name and registration number.

A fee applies to replace your certificate when changing the name on your registration.

Disqualifying offences

You must notify us in writing if you are:

  • charged with a disqualifying offence
  • convicted of a disqualifying offence.

If you are a company, you must also do this for your partners or office holders.

Australian Company Number (ACN)

If you change your ACN, you must apply for a new registration.
