To sign up and use the Service Provider Portal you need a Queensland Digital Identity.

Before we give you access, we will check that you work for the cemetery, crematorium or local council.

What you can do online

Approved service providers can:

• submit disposal notices
• use batch upload - your system developer or software provider should contact us at bdmserviceprovider@justice.qld.gov.au for more information.

How to fix a mistake

You can request a review of a submitted death record if you find a mistake on a disposal notice you submitted.
