This course is a good foundation if you're just starting out in a facilitator role or you want to develop your communication and conflict management skills in a group setting.
If you already facilitate groups, this course will build on your existing experience.

Who can enrol
You can enrol in the Facilitating Effective Groups course if you are:
- new to facilitation
- an early career facilitator
- a mid-career facilitator.
