These publications and products can help JPs and Cdecs understand their roles and undertake their duties.

You must have a current registration number (seal number) to purchase JP and Cdec products online.

If the contact details you provide do not match what is on the Register of JPs and Cdecs you will be contacted by the Justices of the Peace Unit.

If you do not have a registration number email JP@justice.qld.gov.au for assistance.

Who can use this service

You can buy JP or Cdec publications and product if:

  • you are a registered JP including
    • Justice of the Peace (JP)
    • Justice of the Peace (Qualified) (JP (Qual)
    • Justice of the Peace (Magistrates Court) (JP Mag Ct)
  • you are a registered Cdec.

Follow the steps to buy.

Step 1: Access the online shop

Use the online form to order and pay for your publications or products.

Step 2: Enter your registration number

Enter your registration number (seal number).

Step 3: Select your role type

Select your role type:

  • Commissioner for Declarations
  • Justice of the Peace
  • Justice of the Peace Qualified
  • Justice of the Peace Magistrates Court

Step 4: Choose the products you wish to buy

Choose the products you want to buy:

  • Seal of office stamp (wooden block): $29.52
  • Self-inking seal of office stamp: $41.05
  • Certified copy stamp (wooden block): $30.50
  • Self-inking certified copy stamp: $53.46
  • Replacement certificates: $15.51
  • Handbook – JP and Cdec fully collated: $40.58
  • Handbook – JP and Cdec – loose-leaf content: $18.15
  • Logbook: $16.85

Step 5: Pay for your order online

Pay for you order online. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Mastercard.

Step 6: Receive your products

Your item(s) will be delivered to you.
